Yarnie Corner is the sole distributor of Beth’Ani hand-dyed cotton yarns and related accessories. We offer cotton yarn and other fibre-related products for purchase, as well as customised, commissioned projects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.1. Order Acceptance:<\/strong>
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, including but not limited to, situations where the product is out of stock or where there is an error in the order.<\/p>

2.2. Pricing:<\/strong>
Prices for products on our website are in South African Rand and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.<\/p>

2.3. Payment Methods:<\/strong>
We accept EFT\u2019s and credit\/debit cards as payment methods. Card Payment is due at the time of purchase. An email will be sent with the banking details for EFT options. Payments need to reflect on our bank statement before the good will be shipped.<\/p>

2.4. Order Confirmation:<\/strong>

We offer shipping by The Courier Guy as well as Pudo (Door to Locker only). Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and will be included in the sale total.<\/p>

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the items ordered. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout.<\/p>

3.3. Shipping Delays:<\/strong>

5.1. Custom Orders:<\/strong>
We offer custom and commissioned yarn projects. These include but are not limited to, baby garments, amigurumi, shawls, etc.<\/p>

5.2. Project Request and Approval:<\/strong>
To initiate a commissioned project, please submit a detailed request through our online form or contact us directly. We will review your request and provide a quote as well as lead-time. Once you approve the quote, we will begin the project.<\/p>

5.3. Payment for Custom Orders:<\/strong>
A 75% deposit is required to start a commissioned project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.<\/p>

5.4. Timeline for Custom Orders:<\/strong>
Estimated timelines for custom projects will be provided upon approval. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material availability. We will notify you promptly of any delays.<\/p>

5.5. Cancellation Policy for Custom Orders:<\/strong>
Custom orders can be cancelled within 5 days of order placement for a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit will be non-refundable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
