7-Day Return Policy
At Yarnie Corner, we want you to have a perfect customer experience, including complete satisfaction with each purchase. However, we do understand that the unforeseen happens from time to time. And that is why, if, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how returns are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date (the date the courier delivered the order).
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original (saleable) condition. The original packaging and/or labelling of the product (albeit yarn or accessories should be in their original, unopened packaging.
Please Note: We do not accept returns on custom or commissioned orders. This includes any personalised items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Return/Refund Request form: To ensure a smooth and efficient return or credit process, we require customers to complete the Google form. This allows us to:
- Accurately process your request by capturing all necessary details.
- Expedite approvals by reviewing the required information upfront.
- Track your return or credit request to keep you informed.
- Minimize delays by ensuring we have all the details needed to assist you promptly.
By completing the form, you help us provide a hassle-free experience and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@bethani.co.za or W.App on +27 (0)60 801 4890 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your contact details, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: We will review your return request and issue a Return Order (RO) number. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without an RO number.
- Return Shipping: You, the Customer, is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely return of your item.
3. Return Process
- Packaging: When returning an item, ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Items must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy (e.g., used, damaged, or opened), we reserve the right to reject the return.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss availability and proceed with the exchange process. If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or commissioned orders.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Opened or used yarn and accessories.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or a replacement item, depending on your preference. We may request photographs of the damaged product to assist with processing.
